Rules

1.

You must be over 18 years of age
and resident in Spain to enter this competition |

2.
|
The
winner will be drawn at random at 10am Marbella Time on Wednesday
the 12th of October 2005 |
|
3.
|
The Cruise will be on Saturday
the 15th of October 2005. The winner must be available to take
the cruise on that day. Exact times times will be confirmed beforehand. |
|
4.
|
The winner will be notified by telephone immediately after
they have been drawn. If the person drawn as the winner cannot
be contacted, a different winner will be chosen at random until
a winner has been contacted by phone.
|
|
5.
|
The closing date is as specified
in the relevant competition. |
|
6.
|
The prize may not be transferred
to any other person. |
|
7.
|
No cash alternative or alternative
prize is available on entrants request but in the event of the
advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the
right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

8.
|
Neither Marbella
Guide or SailingMarbella.com will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment
suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part
in a competition. |

9.
|
Competition winners may be required
to take part in or co-operate with publicity. |
|
10.
|
Competition winners agree to keep
confidential any knowledge about Marbella Guide or SailingMarbella.com and its business and personnel received by them as
a result of the competition. |

11.
|
No responsibility is accepted
for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors, SailingMarbella.com. |
|
12.
|
Use of false name or address,
eg name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify
them from receiving any prize. Marbella Guide and SailingMarbella.com reserves the right to oblige any potential winner
to provide documentary proof of their identity and address as
directed by Marbella Guide before such person may claim their
prize. In certain circumstances, Marbella Guide and SailingMarbella.com shall, at its discretion, require any person to present
themselves in person supported by such documentation for identification
purposes (we will reimburse all reasonable travel costs incurred)
prior to releasing the prize. |

Marbella Guide and SailingMarbella.com reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules. |

issue specific rules to be read in conjunction with these rules.
