An international publishing company based in Madrid is looking for an accounts assistant to join the existing team. You will have 2 years or more accounts experience-cashbooks, expenses, sales and purchase ledger and knowledge of computerised accounts preferably Sage MMS. The right candidate will also have excellent inter personal skills and the ability to meet dead lines. The role will involve the following:- -Input and maintenance of purchase ledger -Creation of small volume, high value sales invoices and maintenance of sales ledger -Maintenance of highly accurate cashbooks and daily funds reporting -Supplier and general payments by cheque or transfer -Transfer of funds to international project teams -Analysis and posting to Sage of project team weekly expenses -Analysis and posting of credit card expenses -Good Excel and Sage (preferably MMS) skills required An attractive salary is on offer for the right candidate as well as excellent career prospects within an international media company.
