Due to continued growth and expansion this Gibraltar based insurance company for the UK market has created an opportunity for the right person to join their team. This role will involve a good mix of PA and Secretarial work. You will be working along side an existing PA. You must have working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook and have excellent telephone manners. The successful candidate must be fluent in English both written and spoken. Spanish would be an advantage. Your duties will include typing, administration work, filing, and generally helping out. This vacancy is primarily a full time position however part time hours from 12.30 - 5.30pm Monday to Friday would be considered.
