A premier Private Bank based in Gibraltar have an opportunity for an Account Officer to join their busy middle office team.

In this role the successful candidate will be working alongside the bank’s Relationship Managers providing full administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of the banks existing and new client relationships.

In this varied and interesting role, duties will include assistance in areas such as:-

·         Processing of  account openings including  the compiling of files, reference requests, verification & compliance functions.

·         Handling credit card applications/liaison with card services/maintain central file.

·         Processing banking instructions including payments and transfers.

·         Processing of deposit renewals.

·         Assisting the Relationship Managers with administrational assistance including the preparation of letters, faxes and forms.

·         Maintain brochures/marketing material.
