The Gibraltar arm of an international company that specialises in the management of offshore and onshore companies and trusts have an opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join their Gibraltar team.

The Client Relationship Manager will be required to manage a portfolio of companies and trusts on behalf of the company's client base.

The specific duties include the following:

• Acting as primary contact with clients who have structures administered and managed by the company

• Managing tasks required by clients

• Managing the trusts administered by the Gibraltar office.

• Dealing with administrative tasks relating to trusts.

• Overseeing the operation of the clients licensed trustee, with particular reference to the interaction between the company's Trust and Asset Management divisions.

• Liaising with other departments within the office to ensure a professional service is provided to clients.

• Delegating administrative functions relating to companies to the Admin Department.

• Chasing debtor clients in accordance with agreed procedures.

• Monitoring activities of structures to ensure compliant with procedures and policies.

• Liaising with legal department in relation to contracts and agreements.

• Recording chargeable and non-chargeable time against client matters.

We seek application for candidates that have had previous Trust experience. In an idea world candidates will either be STEP or ICSA qualified or working towards the STEP or ICSA qualification however we would also be interested in speaking with candidates that have a good level of previous trust experience.
