A successful international property company is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a very large touristic development in Morocco in the holiday and leisure industry.

You will be responsible for the on-site construction works in Morocco as part of an overall international development & construction team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:-

- Must be a fully qualified Architect or Engineer

- Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience

- Work experience ideally in Europe and Morocco

- Must have a wide range of technical knowledge,

- Must be assertive, organized and adaptable

- Capable of running 10 fast-track sites comprising over 1.300 villas / apartments / hotel-rooms plus associated commercial areas

- Managing a team of approx. 5 Project Managers plus administrative staff

- Responsible for all site works from groundwork to completion including :-

- Approving of ongoing construction detail drawings and/or amendments

- Liaising with technical authorities, contractors, subcontractors, masterplanners etc.

- Responsible for all on-site approvals

- Construction programme planning and management

- On-site contract & cost management

For this role it is also essential that you possess a good working knowledge of: - AutoCAD, Microsoft Word & Excel, Microsoft Project.  This role requires fluency in Arabic and French and any other language (English/Spanish) would be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate must live and work in Saidia for the duration of the project.
