They currently have an opportunity for a native speaking Russian individual, who has a EU passport, also has an excellent command of English.
If successful in your application, you will be the main point of contact for the Russian customers and will provide a high level of customer service and help either via the telephone or e-mail and will help resolve any issues and questions customers have in regard to the companies services and products.
The successful applicant will be well educated and have previous experience working within a busy call centre environment and additionally will also need to be fully computer literate. This challenging opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and has an interest in sport and gaming. This role will involve working a shift pattern so applicants must be flexible in their approach to working hours.
