A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Trading Manager. One of the most well renowned Online Gaming companies, based in Gibraltar, is looking to fill this role imminently.
Role Summary:
To plan, direct and manage the compilation and trading of the company's Sportsbook betting content whilst maximising its profit and
competitiveness.
Role Responsibilities:
•Responsible for managing all Traders, and conducting regularly scheduled reviews of departments & individuals within.
•Thorough & ongoing analysis of all areas of performance and effectively managing poor performance.
•Formulate and oversee to completion training and induction processes of new personnel.
•Analysing and updating of client tags.
•Managing staffing levels, updating company documentation with respect to rotas & timesheets.
•Functionally responsible for liaising with other Departments Heads to ensure Operational efficiency
•Responsible for delivering a comprehensive Sportsbook offering.
Operating with the highest integrity and conveying company ethics and values
Success will be measured by:
•Achieving forecasted Sportsbook profits.
•Improvement of Sportsbook gross margin
•In Running gross margin
•Live clients profitability
•Improving performance levels as regularly outlined by the Trading Director.
•All staff are successfully trained and signed off within the allocated time frame.
•Staff appraisals are completed within agreed timescales.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
•5 years industry experience with a minimum 2 years with a Remote Betting Operator.
•3 years odds compilation and trading experience, plus 2 years in a Senior Trading role.
•A proven Manager.
•A driven individual able to develop, innovate and motivate, intent on setting the highest possible standards.
•Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
•Numerate, with a strong mathematical background and a thorough understanding of bookmaking theory.
•An in depth Sporting knowledge and a thorough understanding of Sportsbetting.
•IT literate.
