A Gibraltar based trust company is seeking a Company Administrator to work from their busy offices in Gibraltar.
The purpose of this function will be to manage and develop a portfolio of clients, centred on the delivery of high quality corporate administration, dealing with a variety of client issues from complex financial transactions to routine personal matters. A thorough knowledge of Fund and Hedge Fund Administration is essential.
The ideal candidate will have around 3 years experience in administering companies and have the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
• Liaising with clients and their advisers in respect of service issues.
• Preparation of correspondence with clients and their advisers.
• Execution of transactions on behalf of client companies.
• Preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions.
• Preparation of minutes, and ancillary documents
• Production and submission of government returns.
• Ensuring that statutory records and minute books are up to date and accurate.
• Maintenance of client data within the primary management information systems.
