Why did you choose Marbella?
[EDWIN] I knew that Marbella had a safe and friendly environment. Together with the climate and the opportunities it made it a logical step to move to Marbella. We had sold everything in Holland and wanted to start a completely new life.

Tell us your greatest business or personal accomplishment?
[EDWIN] My greatest business and personal accomplishment is when I understood the following; "If you do what you like, you never have to work again"

Why would you recommend the Costa del Sol for business and Lifestyle?
[EDWIN] The Costa del Sol is only at the beginning of what is going to happen. Look at California and Florida for the examples, except I think we beat the safety levels by far.

If you could change one thing about Spain, what would it be?
[EDWIN] I think it is key to making one's life "a happy and stress-free life" is to except things as they are and focus on the positive. Nowadays we get flooded by negatives. But if you really push me... I would like to be less dependant on cars. Developing bicycle and pedestrian paths
along the coast or main road would improve my quality of life Drastically, Physically, Mentally, Environmentally and Acoustically!

[EDWIN] Taj Mahal, Indian restaurant in Nueva Andalucia

What is the last film you saw at the Cinema or DVD?
[EDWIN] Shark-tale, together with my daughter and wife

What advice would you give to someone moving to Spain?
[EDWIN] Make sure you have enough money or a good job before you come. The start-up time sometimes makes somebody disorientated and not enjoying where they are.
