MALAGA Public Prosecutors Office has initiated proceedings against a man who reported that his 15-year-old daughter had disappeared, when he actually knew all along that she was staying with his ex-wife.
Apparently he had custody of the girl when he went to a Malaga Police Station and claimed she was missing and had left with a 35-year-old man whom he described to the police.
Several days later, the girl went to the Guardia Civil in Casariche (Sevilla) to report that she wasn’t missing and had been living with her mother.
The man has also been charged for failing to comply with paternal obligations. |
