The Gibraltar Government has welcomed the announcement made recently by GB Airways that flights between London Heathrow airport and Gibraltar are to recommence with effect from January 10th 2005. The airline will be operating three flights a day between London airports and Gibraltar three days a week in the summer. This is the most significant increase in capacity on the route since GB Airways first introduced double daily flights between the two destinations.
