The Ministry of Development has announced that the development projects for Málaga's second ring road will be licensed before the end of the year. Work on plans for the 23 kilometre motorway will be split into four projects, with a total budget of 296 million euros. Meantime, Málaga's other major development, the Las Pedrizas relief road for the A-45 to Antequera, may be built by private funding after being put on hold by the Government in September, according to the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations.
