Property rentals average 734 euros a month in province of Malaga

The average cost of renting a property in the province of Malaga is 734 euros a month, according to a study carried out by the website Enalquier.com, which has some 34,000 properties on its books.
Malaga is the second province in Spain with the most properties available to rent (4,500), behind only Barcelona.
In Andalucía as a whole Seville has the highest average monthly rent (870 euros), followed by Malaga (734), Cadiz (708), Cordoba (616), Huelva (591), Granada (577), Almeria (522) and Jaén (434).
The most expensive places in Spain to rent a property are Barcelona (1,148 euros), Madrid (1,123 euros) and Valencia (875 euros), followed closely by Seville, Zaragoza and Malaga. |
