- We reserve the right to block, cancel or ban any sms account that we feel is abusing our sms service or is not following our rules or requirements.

We consider abuse to consist of any of the the following activities:

a) signing up multiple times by either obvious or devious means
b) sending offensive or spam sms messages
c) attempting to bypass our security to increase the preset daily sms limit
d) obscuring your ip address

- We may from time to time send you a newsletter or offer to the email account you signed up with. Dont worry, we dont give your your details to spammers. We respect your privacy and the emails will only be sent from marbellaguide.com.
